Returns:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags.

• Certain items like sale products, accessories, or customized outfits may not be eligible for return.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Shipping Costs:

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged/defective.
